Dr. Manikandan has worked as a Consultant Urological Surgeon at Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust UK.
He is an expert in upper tract laparoscopy, Stone disease and minimally invasive urological surgery.
In 2014 he returned to india to set up Reni Kidney Care in memory of his mother. Reni Kidney Care has been providing quality healthcare for all urological and nephrology problems for patents in and around Pollachi for the past 10 years.
Dr L Jayakumar completed his MBBS in 2000 from Perundurai Medical College and went on to specialize in Anaesthesia obtaining his DA (Diploma in Anaesthesia ) degree from Madras Medical College in 2004. He has provided anaesthesia for many critically ill patients and is also an instructor in Basic and Advance Life Support.

Dr Akshara Manikandan completed her MBBS from Karpagam Medical College in the 2021 and obtained her MD General Medicine from Kasturba Medical College Manipal in 2025. She is keen to pursue her MRCP and specialize in Diabetology and Endocrinology.

Dr. Madeshwaran Mani completed his MBBS at KAP Viswanathan Govt Medical College in 2009, followed by an MD in Paediatrics from Varanasi in 2013. He pursued DM Rheumatology at Madras Medical College and an Indo-UK Honorary Fellowship at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Bristol. With 9 years of experience as a Consultant Rheumatologist, his specialties include Interstitial Lung Disease, Vasculitis, Pediatric Rheumatic Diseases, and Ultrasound-guided MSK Injections.

Dr. Mangalakumar completed his MBBS at Madurai Medical College in 1996 and his MD in General Medicine from Madras Medical College. He pursued advanced Nephrology training at top UK hospitals and worked as a Consultant Nephrologist before returning to India in 2013. He specializes in Nephrology and Renal Transplantation and has numerous publications and presentations in national and international forums.
